Each gummy holds 250 mg of apple cider vinegar. A bottle holds 30 gummies and a serving is one gummy, so a bottle is a month. You take it 20 to 30 minutes before a meal with a glass of water. There is nothing else to it and nothing else to learn.
The rest of the gummy is there to make it a gummy. Cane sugar and glucose syrup for sweetness, water as the base, pectin to set the gel, citric acid and sodium citrate for the set and the tang, natural flavour and colouring, and a light dusting of starch so they do not weld together in the bottle. Per gummy: 6 calories, 2 g of carbohydrate, 1.5 g of sugars.
That is the entire product. Anyone selling it to you with more words than that is padding.

Why they are worded like that
A dietary supplement in the US may make what are called structure or function claims — it may say it supports something the body already does. It may not say it treats, prevents or cures a condition. That is why the jar says “supports healthy glucose” rather than anything about diabetes, and it is why every page that carries those claims has to carry the FDA line with them.
