gummipic.com is run by a small editorial team. There is no call centre and no live chat, because there is no product to support — we do not sell anything. Email is the only way to reach us and we read all of it.

What we can help with

• A figure on this site that looks wrong, or that no longer matches the seller’s page.
• A broken link, a page that will not load, or something that looks wrong on your phone.
• A question about the label or the bundles that this site does not answer clearly.
• A correction request, a press question, or a note about how we have described something. We publish corrections rather than quietly editing.

What we cannot help with

Anything to do with an actual order. We are an affiliate publisher: we have no access to the seller’s systems, no order lookup, no tracking numbers and no way to issue a refund. Emailing us about a delivery only adds a day to your problem.

• Where is my order? — the seller, using the support address on your order email.
• I want a refund. — the seller, inside the 60-day window. How that works.
• My box arrived damaged or wrong. — the seller, with a photo.
• Can I cancel? — the seller. There is no subscription, so there is usually nothing to cancel.

Medical questions

We will not answer them, and you should be suspicious of any website that does. If your question is about your medication, your blood sugar, a condition you are being treated for, or a pregnancy, the person to ask is a doctor or a pharmacist who can see your notes. Take the bottle with you and show them the panel.

A note on what you send us

If you email us we will have your address and whatever you write in the message. We use it to reply and nothing else. We do not add you to a list, we do not sell it, and we delete threads once they are finished with. See our privacy policy for the long version.
