Shipping and delivery
What the seller publishes about shipping, and a straight answer about why we will not guess at a delivery date for you.

gummipic.com ships nothing. We are a website about a product, not a warehouse. Everything below describes what the seller publishes, so you know what to expect before you click.
What the seller publishes
| Bundle | Supply | Shipping |
|---|---|---|
| 2 bottles | 60 days | Calculated and added at the checkout |
| 3 bottles | 90 days | Free within the United States |
| 6 bottles | 180 days | Free within the United States |
The free-shipping line on the three and six-bottle boxes is part of why the per-gummy price falls so sharply between the smallest box and the largest. It is worth including when you compare them.
Delivery times
We do not publish an estimate, and you should be wary of an affiliate site that does. We have never shipped one of these boxes, we have no visibility of the seller’s warehouse, and any number here would be a number we made up to look helpful.
The checkout shows the seller’s own estimate for your address at the time you order. That is the figure to trust.
Outside the United States
Free shipping is advertised for US addresses. Whether the seller ships anywhere else, at what cost, and who pays any duty or import charge, is set out on their checkout for your country — not here. If the checkout will not accept your address, they do not ship to you, and there is nothing this site can do about it.
Tracking
Tracking details come from the seller, by email, once the box is dispatched. We have no access to them. If your tracking has not appeared, or has stopped moving, write to the support address on your order email.
If the box arrives damaged, late or wrong
- Photograph it before you unpack any further. A photo settles most of these quickly.
- Write to the seller’s support address with your order number and the photo.
- Keep the packaging until it is resolved — they may ask about it.
Please do not send that to us. We cannot look up an order, contact a courier, or arrange a replacement, and a message here only delays the one that would have worked.
Storing it once it lands
Cool, dry, away from heat and direct light, lid closed. If a six-bottle box arrives in midsummer, do not leave it in a hot car or on a sunny windowsill — pectin gummies will fuse into one lump, and that is not a manufacturing fault.
